Return Policy
DEMODA wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Just remember – Check your item(s) as soon as you receive it in order to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase(s) so that you could take advantage of our Simple, No-questions asked Return policy within the conditional time-frames for returning an item. Remember try it out and show it off!

- 3. No cash refund or credit card refund will be allowed subject to herein.
- a. After return process (details below), the value will be intimated to the customer by the way of SMS and E-mail. The payment credit will be given to your account and it can be used for your future purchase.
- b. The currency will be maintained in local currency as INR only.
- 4. These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA as applied in the respective emirate.
How to return an order:
- 1. Return Request Number: To generate Return Request Number, send the mail request to our customer care customercare@karadubai.com or select 'Return Request Form' on the help page. Fill in the appropriate information and then follow the instructions below to return your package.
- 2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. This will include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by KARA. Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
- 3. Shipment and Insurance: For the secure return of your order, we recommend using an upgraded courier service, rather than regular mail. Make sure you can track your package and opt for signature confirmation. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at karadubai.com, for quick and easy processing. We recommend insuring the package for your own protection.

Return Process:
- 1. The DEMODA will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
- 2. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent for a full refund.
- 3. DEMODA will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges.
- 4. Upon receipt of a product for any Exchange/Upgrade, our quality assurance department will review your purchase and make a DOA 'Declaration of Acceptance' or DONA 'Declaration of Non-Acceptance' as per the Terms & Condition stated. Our Customer Service staff will get in touch with you within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Refunds:
After Return process the amount will be credited to DEMODA customer account. If customers request then the amount will be transferred respectively depending on the mode of payment used in the original purchase.
Please allow 7 business days for your credit to appear on your statement after the applicable credit has been processed.
Required Conditions of Return:
- 1. Packages without a return authorization number (RRN#) will not be accepted for refund.
- 2. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from DEMODA within 7 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
- 3. Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a refund, exchange or repair.
- 4. Please be advised that all returned items are visually inspected by DEMODA personnel. Any item that has been abused or mishandled, either intentionally or accidentally, may be subject to a partial repair/restocking fee.
How do I Upgrade/Exchange a product?
A: For any Exchange/Upgrade on your online purchase made at www. DEMODAJEWEL.com, you will need to contact our customer service at queries@demodajewel.com , from Sat to Thursday 9.30am to 7.30 pm, or send an email to, sales@demodajewel.com. Our customer service team will then guide you through the process within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the email.

Finally and to give you the ultimate Peace of Mind, should you still be unsatisfied with a purchase after the conditional time-frames for Returns has elapsed, you could still contact us to discuss your concerns and we will attempt to help out in every way we can. Any returns beyond the time-frames of our No-Questions Asked policy mentioned above might be subject to a 30% deduction from the total price of purchase and DEMODAJEWEL.com reserves the right to only refund 70% of the amount.
